Abstract Submission
The SRNT 2024 Annual Meeting is scheduled to be an in-person meeting from March 20-23, 2024 at the Edinburgh International Conference Center in Edinburgh, Scotland.
CALL FOR RAPIDS
The Rapid Response abstract submission period closed on December 20, 2023. Reviewer assignments are in progress and the review period will start on January 6th. Accept/Reject notifications will be sent out on February 2, 2024.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
The 2024 SRNT Annual Meeting Abstract/Symposium Submission Portal is closed. The submission period for abstracts and symposia was from Wednesday, July 5, 2023 through Monday, August 14, 2023. All submissions received by 11:59 p.m. PDT on August 14 were reviewed.

Accept/Reject notifications were sent to all submitters on Friday, November 17, 2023. Please check the SRNT 2024 Annual Meeting page for updates.
2023 ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION
All presenters, speakers, and lead authors, whether attending the meeting in Edinburgh or not, must register and pay the applicable fees in order for their research to be presented. If you are not attending, you AND your back-up presenter both must register

SPECIAL NOTE: Individuals who are ineligible for membership in SRNT (including, but not limited to, employees of commercial tobacco companies, employees of entities that are in part or in whole owned by a commercial tobacco company, or other persons affiliated with, or employed by entities affiliated with, the tobacco industry) are ineligible for participation in the SRNT Annual Meeting. SRNT will no longer accept abstract submissions or conference registrations from these individuals.
