How do I login?
To login, use the Login box in the upper right corner of the Home Page. Please note: to access any of the members-only pages once you are logged in, you can find options under your name/profile.
What's my username?
Your username is the email address your registered with, either on the previous SRNT website or here. If you have forgotten your username, please email info@srnt.org to get your username.
What's my password?
Your password is the same as it was for the previous SRNT website. If your password is not working, please try SRNT. If neither of these options is working, in the sign in box, click on “Forgot your password?”
How do I update my profile?
After you have signed in, you will be taken to your Profile Home. To update information, click on the word edit for the section you want to update. If you are not at your Profile Home, sign in or locate the My Profile box on the right side of the screen. Click on Profile Home to see the sections you are able to edit.
You can also update your profile by clicking on Manage Profile in the box on the right side of the screen. In the Information & Settings section, click Edit Bio.
How do I make profile information private?
You can make profile information private through your Profile Home or Manage Profile pages. If you are unsure of how to get there, please see “How do I update my profile?” for direction.
If there is an icon of a person with a small red lock next to profile information, this means that information is public. If you see a red lock, it means to information is private. To change from public to private or private to public, click on the icon. Select the setting you would like.
If there is a red lock and you are not able to change the setting, it has been set to that level by administration and cannot be changed.
How do I join a Network?
To join one of the eight Networks you must first be signed in as a member. On the top menu, hover over Members Only and select Networks. Click on Network to see a list of all eight Networks. Click on the name of the Network you are interested in. Below the name of the Network you will see an icon of a person with a green plus symbol next to Join Group. Click on Join Group and ok.
Can I belong to more than one Network, and is there a charge?
SRNT members may join and participate in as many Networks as they like. There are no additional fees or dues for joining Networks.
