All of the available rooms at our primary hotel have been reserved. We encourage attendees to make their hotel reservations at one of the other hotels listed in the “Hotel Reservations” link as soon as possible.

We are finalizing the selection and scheduling of all rapid response submissions. Accept and reject notices will be sent out no later than end of the day on Friday, February 2, 2024.

The disclosure page has been updated with the new disclosure requirements. We have also updated the templates page.

The submission period for Rapid Response abstracts is now closed. Reviews are currently being assigned and will be underway as of January 6th. Acceptance decisions will be made prior to the end of January.

Registration for the 2024 Annual Meeting is now open!  Register today!  Additionally, links to hotels offering special rates for meeting attendees has been posted.

Notifications have been sent to all submitters.  If you submitted an abstract or symposium in the first abstract submission period (July – August, 2023) and have not received your notification, please contact us at abstracts@srnt.org.

All abstracts submitted during the initial submission window in July/August have been reviewed and assigned.  Notifications will be sent to all submitters no later than Friday, November 17, 2023.  Rapid Response abstract submissions will open on Monday, November 20, 2023 .
