Poster Presentations

Poster sessions have specific times designated for the authors to be present to discuss their posters with attendees in the Ballroom of the Americas B at the Hilton Americas Houston Hotel. Please make note of your presentation time below.

• The dimensions of the poster board are 4 feet high X 8 feet wide.
• The poster session will be located in the Ballroom of the Americas A at the Hilton Hotel.
• Bring your own tacks for attaching your poster to the board.
• Affix your poster to the board that corresponds with your number in the abstract book.
