Speaker Information

All paper session and symposia presenters are required to complete a Faculty Financial Disclosure Form and submit their CV to the SRNT office.

Faculty Financial Disclosure Form

The ACCME Standards for Commercial Support have been announced and all speakers MUST disclose financial relationships prior to the deadline or they will not be allowed to present. In addition, SRNT by-laws now require any presenter (including paper, symposium and poster) to disclose financial relationships.

CV

In addition to the faculty disclosure form, each presenter must submit a CV (not a biosketch). This CV is also a requirement of our provider of CEU and CME credits.
